How do we deal with it?
The world has been changed by the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Therefore, we have made adjustments to protect our guests and ourselves.
Reservations can be made at any time, but you should take into account the French regulations concerning the virus at the time of your planned stay.
We are looking forward to meeting you.
On your arrival we will welcome you warmly without shaking hands.
If necessary / by arrangement, you are requested to wear a mask in public areas.
Your room has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.
We will only enter your room to change towels and to refill your water, coffee and tea facilities.
We ask you to air the room daily.
Sheets, duvet covers and towels are washed as always on a long programme at 60 degrees.
Disinfectant gel is available in the entrance area and liquid soap is available in your room.
Cleaning of other rooms
Regular disinfection of door handles, handrails, light switches and any surface that may have come into contact with the hands.
We will send you the information package digitally after receipt of the deposit, directing you to websites that contain the more detailed information.
Breakfast is served in the dining room at agreed times.
You can reserve a packed lunch for €15 per person. We do not serve lunch.
In the evening we offer, as always, a delicious 3-course dinner for € 27.50, including a glass of wine / beer or soft drink.
This meal is served in the dining room.
Due to the extensive cleaning procedure, we urge you to leave the room no later than 10:00.
Any outstanding payments can be paid in cash or by bank card.
Our standard cancellation policy remains in force.
If you cannot stay with us due to governmental reasons, we will reschedule your reservation in mutual agreement and subject to availability.
We do not give refunds.
