COVID-19. How do we deal with it?
Dear guests,
First of all, we hope that you and your loved ones are doing well.
The world has been changed by the COVID-19 coronavirus. That’s why we’ve made adjustments to protect our guests and ourselves.

Reservations are only accepted if you are vaccinated and have a “pass sanitaire”.
Reservations can be made at all times but we do take social distancing into account.
This means we might decline a reservation request if we feel we might become too crowded with the number of people staying at any specific time.

The reception
We are happy to greet you!
Upon your arrival, we warmly welcome you, but without shaking hands.

The rooms
Your room has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
We will only enter your room and to change towels and to refill your water, coffee and tea facilities.
We ask you to air the room daily.
Sheets, duvet covers and towels are as always washed on a long program at 60 degrees.
Disinfectant gel is available in the entrance area and liquid soap is available in your room.

Cleaning other areas
Regular disinfection of door handles, handrails, light switches and any surface that may have come into contact with hands.
We have removed decorative items from the bedrooms and the house. In addition, you will not find the information pack in the room. We will send you this information digitally upon receipt of the deposit, referring you to websites containing this information.

The meter distance
To keep our minimum distance we have decided that, until further notice, we only accept dinner requests as long as we can ensure the meter distance at our table during dinner.
If neccessary you will be required to wear a mask in all public areas until you are seated.

Breakfast is served in the dining room at pre-arranged times.

Picnic You can book a packed lunch for €15 per person. We do not serve lunch.

Dinner at 19h
If requested in advance we serve a delicious 3-course dinner for € 27.50 on a daily basis.
This includes a glass of wine, beer or soft drink.
Dinner is served in our dining room, subject to the required distance. The space between the seats is more than enough to enjoy your dinner without any worries.

In view of the extensive cleaning procedure, we must insist that you vacate the room by 10am at the latest.
Any outstanding payments may be paid in cash or bank card.

Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect.
If you cannot stay with us due to the actions of the government, we will reschedule your reservation in mutual consultation and depending on availability.
We do not issue any refunds.
